Default Bell Peppers wrinkling on vine

I have a few good sized Red Bell Peppers on my plant. It seems as thought their growth has been stumped and today I noticed they look as if they are wrinkling. Any ideas what could cause this and is there anyway to correct it.

I use a vegetable fertilizer but I can't remember the brand. This last time I did use epsom salt which I have used on plants before according the the directions on the package and have never had a problem.

If they are red they are ripe and getting over ripe/starting to dry. If they are not red yet then something is wrong (bug damage, infection etc) which is causing the plant to kill off the fruit to protect itself. Pick the fruit, cut it and put in a container of cold water in the refrigerator to rehydrate it for fresh eating, or cook as is.

Check out for insects and pests. if you have changed the fertilizer recently then it might be the fertilizer faults. if not check out for the pests and use a good pesticides to control it.

Could it be that you aren't watering consistently?

yes it is important to maintain the correct amount of watering. i faced a similar problem long back by frequent watering the plant, its root started decaying and i could not save it.
