Default Round-up on leaves

I know this doesn't qualify as ORGANIC, but is it bad to compost oak leaves that may have gotten Roundup on them and use that compost for vegetable gardening?

I thought roundup broke down into non toxic substances, but please correct me if i am wrong!

Thanks
