It's quite easy. The base of the plant is made up of several clusters of stalks, each one capable of standing on their own as a new plant. Remove the plant from the pot and gently remove the clusters into the size you want for your new plant. Be careful to leave as many roots as possible. Replant it and take care of it as you normally do.

Peace lilies are lovely plants. They thrive in low lighted areas making them an ideal plant for indoors. Don't place it under direct sunlight as it can damage the plant's foliage. Instead, it's recommended that you place it about 5-7 feet away from the window.
Peace lilies require heavy watering but make sure the soil's dry (to a point) in between watering. I heard that the plant's leaves droop when it needs water, so if you notice then drooping a little, it's time to water them. Don't let them droop too much though, because they may dry up. Note that peace lilies are also poisonous, therefore it's best to keep them out of the reach of pets and kids. |

Here's how. Divide peace lilies immediately after flowering. When you divide, make sure to keep 2 to 3 leaves per division. Pot the root division into a general potting mix just covering the roots. Water with a transplant solution as directed on the package. Do not fertilize for the next 3 months. Treat it like a mature peace lily. |
